Take a break...

I am not saying you to exercise for 30 days, When you get bored of exercise, take a break and have fun for a day or two. After 1-2 days, start your daily routine. That's it! I am just saying you to enjoy what you do, means enjoy your exercise. If you are going to jog for 6 working days, then take rest on the 7th day.

Don't be over Confident...

Boxing is not an easy task, so, don't be over confident.
Yes, I too was over confident!, when I joined the boxing club, only after a month's practice, I thought that, I am perfect or I know everything.
I argued with my senior, But then he told me that you are over confident, don't be over confident otherwise, you will never succeed.
After that argument, I became very upset for 1-2 days, then i thought that he is my senior and i should obey him.
So, the point is that you cannot become a Boxer within 2-3 months practice. You need years of hard work to be done, but again, work hard for years with your full concentration, then only you can become a champion.

Importance of healthy diet...

Not only for boxing but also for any sport, Good Diet is very much important.
Your diet should be like that...Dal, Rice, Chapatti, Vegetables, Yogurt also called as curd or DAHI in Hindi, Eat Sprouts Daily and drink a glass of milk in the morning and evening ..
This Wholesome Diet will make you feel more Powerful,Energetic..!
and and and...
One more thing..eat everything that you like sometimes..like eat junk food,Pizzas,Burgers, butter, cheese, sweets, chocolates, etc ...Never think if I eat this or that then I will put on weight..
Because if you are doing exercise regularly, then tell me how will you put on weight my friend???

Importance of sleep...

For everything you do, sleep plays an important role.
So, have 7-8 hours sleep everyday.
If you don't get enough sleep, you are unable to concentrate on things that you do..like studies, playing, or anything your work.

Importance of stamina...

Yes, Stamina is one of the most important factor for boxing.
One fight have 3 rounds and each round is of 3 minutes..for playing these 3 rounds, you need a great stamina.
But, the question arises HOW TO INCREASE OUR STAMINA???
So, for increasing stamina, JOG around 15-35 minutes continuously everyday in the morning and evening, in starting you can jog for 10-15 Mins, then increase it day by day.The more you jog , the more stamina you gain.
You can increase your exercise slowly day by day.
You know that its told that, "DON'T FEAR GOING SLOWLY, FEAR TO STAND STILL..."

To Become a Boxer...

If you wanna become a boxer, then you must be a hard worker.
Boxing is a tough sport that requires a tough athlete, You must have a lot of stamina, you must be quick and powerful.
When I go to Boxing club and do practice with my club mates, our coach shouts time and again ,that your punches should be "QUICK AND POWERFUL"..!
He says, "SPEED,QUICK,POWERFUL!!!", at the top of his lungs...

Boxing is not that easy...

Yes, this is the truth...that, boxing is not that easy...
when I was in school, means at the age of 15-17 years...I thought that boxing is very much easy, Even, if I am over weight, its an advantage...But, this is not the truth..
I thought that, in boxing there are only few punches and its very easy..But, to become a boxer, we shouldn't be over weight or under weight, our weight should be according to the physical standards, it means, according to you height..
if your height is 5.6 and your weight is 85 ..than you are over weight..and if you play a fight than your opponent will be around 5.10 or above and a body builder..he'll break you like hell..
